Our Chef


My name is Madeleine. I come from a long line of business owners and home style cooks. Through the years I have developed many passions in life; being out on the water, fishing, exercise, health and cooking. Cooking is in my bones, it’s what I do. Cooking is how I show people I love and care for them; I cook with love. I’m so excited to share that passion and love with the town of Seaside Park and its visitors. I’ve spent my life learning from my parents and the village around me. There are three women who have helped ignite my passion for cooking; my mom Gail, my grandmother Theresa, and my favorite woman in the world, Marian. Both my grandmother and Marian are in Heaven now, so I continue to learn from my mom.

My mom has owned and operated 3Cs Luncheonette now for over 29 years. I’ve spent my life growing in 3Cs and have become who I am inside those four walls.

I am so excited to open Mad Fish, operating out of 3Cs. We serve simple, fresh, locally caught, seafood platters. Although our menu is super simple, I promise that you will leave full and happy!



We are a boat to table restaurant. We serve locally caught wild seafood, harvested daily from the Atlantic Ocean.
